You can whine all you want about how Rowe was admitted to the bar, but it happened almost 30 years ago. It will not be changed even if you are right. Sad, that you don't understand that fact.
Your "logic", and I use that term in the loosest sense when combining it with you, is that Rowe has a substandard education and is not competent. How is it that with that substandard education he passed the VA and WV bar examinations? Under your "logic", a person with a substandard education should not be able to pass one, let alone two bar exams.
